For over 20 years, we have partnered with utility and construction companies, healthcare, financial clients and more using our culture change techniques to improve collaboration among teams, across units, and with customers and suppliers. We are looking to hire Business Change Consultants within our consultancy firm who have 3 or more years’ experience in the construction or utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities;

VISION’s Business Change consultants are responsible for working with individuals and teams to implement new working practices and to produce a business result.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with teams and individuals.
• Taking responsibility for managing and coaching a team to produce a measurable business result
• Working with a team to implement new processes, practices and tools that produce a business result
• Coaching individuals to generate a new type of action.
• Working through resistance and reaching resolution.
• Continuously measuring progress against result promised and designing new actions as appropriate.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Reporting on progress against promised business result

We look for people who;

At VISION, Project Managers are responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the big picture by overseeing project delivery, identifying breakdowns, and taking entrepreneurial actions to address them.
• Successfully manage projects using VISION’s Commitment-Based Management™ approach.
• Manage key stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction by interpreting and addressing client moods, with interventions at senior and executive levels as needed.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to align teams and objectives.
• Listen for underlying and unspoken concerns, respond effectively, and foster a culture of active listening in others.

We Are Looking for People Who:

• Have a history of successfully delivering projects, with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the construction or utilities industry.
• Are available to travel for projects in the UK and Ireland.
• Hold a formal project management qualification (preferred), or at a minimum, have experience with methodologies like Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean Construction to effectively plan and execute projects.
• Are proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems.
• Focus on delivering value to customers continuously.
• Build and maintain a strong network of business relationships.
• Are confident presenting to large groups in an engaging manner.
• Stay informed about industry changes and community developments.
• Possess strong listening skills and are attentive to nuances in communication.
• Write thoughtfully, clear, and grammatically correct.
