On Efficient Capital Projects, VISION methodologies ensure that major projects are delivered ahead of schedule, more cost efficiently and with greater longer term return on investment. To drive ROI we change the culture of the team so that they think and act, not just as project managers but also as investment managers. This creates an added responsibility for delivering a project based on wider business parameters.  We also assist the senior project managers on how to effectively manage critical relationships within the project that do not report to them.  To achieve this we develop a plan that identifies the key commitments and promises required from each of the projects internal and external stakeholders.
